I was stuck with a flat tire in the parking lot next to them and they came over and offered to plug my tire! (They saw me struggling in the heat) lol Very helpful and am so grateful!

John, Anthony and the team at Brandon Auto Clinic are great. I have a 2012 Nissan Murano which Brandon Auto Clinic has been taking care of since 2018. I started doing business with John after reading a recommendation online and I am very happy with his shop and recommend it whenever I can. John and his team do great work and if it is an issue that cannot be resolved at their shop they have good working relationships with other shops in the area and can direct you to someone who can complete the repair.

Been going here for 30+ years and have never had any issues. Very friendly & professional staff. Even after moving to Hernando County 7 years ago I still go to Auto Clinic for oil changes, tire rotation, etc.

A few days ago my Honda Accord undershield somehow dislodged and was dragging on the ground. I slowly pulled into Auto Clinic, barely sat for 10 minutes when the gentleman I spoke with at the reception window advised me it was secured and I was good to go; I wasn't charged and he wouldn't even accept a tip. Wow! I'll be back. Thanks so much.

Called on a Wed about my air blowing hot, expected it needed an air compressor, my work-car is high mileage, talked me through checking the fans, and offered the following Thursday, Friday or Tuesday(Monday holiday). I chose Friday. Dropped it of Friday morning, they called me by 11am and confirmed compressor was bad but no system leaks. Quoted a reasonable price. I was hesitant though, because I didn't want to be without my car the holiday weekend, he said "Oh No, I'll have it done by 5pm if you like". Perfect. Picked it up at 4:30, it was done, my little work car is an ice box now. Not excited about getting work done on my car but if I can't manage it, I'm going here.

I've been to multiple mechanics from independent to dealership and have never gotten a straight answer or have been horribly over charged about my 07 Corolla until I came to Auto Clinic. Anthony and John were extremely helpful, gave me a price below what i expected, efficient, and in general straight shooters! They even gave me a great recommendation for the small auto body work i need. Regardless of Tampa traffic i'm more than happy to bring my car here for everything!

Came here for a second opinion after leaving Pep Boys because I felt like they were trying to hustle me to replace my back brakes. John set my appointment and was very professional from the start. This place saved me approximately $500 (LITERALLY) compared to what Pep Boys initially quoted me. Anthony and the staff did a great job and had me in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! They are tried and true for honest pricing and work ethic - you won't find a better place in the Tampa area I can promise you that!!

I highly recommend this shop. We had a stuck caliber while we were traveling and called this shop last minute. They got us right in, diagnosed the issue, got the parts and had us out the door and back on the road all within 2 hours! And to top it off, their customer service was amazing! Super nice, very knowledgeable and friendly. These guys are awesome!

I stopped early in the morning because my car has been making a flutter sound and I even tried to record the sound. I talked with the owner, John, but he was not able to hear it from my phone. He offered to take the car for a spin to try to hear it for himself. He returned and put it up on a lift without me knowing and stated there was an area that was missing a couple of screws and he replaced them. The noise is still there but not nearly as loud. John is such a nice person and reassured me I was not hearing things. I live an hour or so away...but I would go there if my car needed to be serviced for something.

I took my truck in to John and his guys because I thought I needed brakes. After they inspected them they informed me that they did not want to steal my money and that I probably had at least 8 to 10 months left on both my front and rear brakes. This kind of honesty, especially within the auto repair industry is unheard of. Highly highly recommend!

My starter went out Christmas Eve night, we were able to get it towed on Christmas Day so that my vehicle would be at Auto Clinic first thing in the morning.. I left them a note stating that we live several hours away and needed to get home and they were very fast and efficient and able to get my car repaired before the day was over so we could get back home. Thank you! Anytime I am in the area and need emergency car repair I will always go here.

There have been several occasions where they could have just done what I thought needed done and taken my money, but they always opt instead to give me good advice and dissuade me from making uninformed decisions which does not benefit them at all. 100% I will use them again. I had to replace an axel and dealerships always charge way to much. The other shop I took it to hit something with car and didn't say a word. My other quote insisted I had to change both axel and the arms . Basically were trying to get me to spend more. I'm seriously not in any shape to but anything at the mo.ent. these guys were amazing. Only did what wS needed at a fair price. Highly recommend!!! Thank you.
